Currently residing in Byron Bay, Dan Zina has been producing and playing music at parties, clubs and festivals around Australia since 2008.
As a regular and friend of Subsonic and SASH in Sydney, as well as MVMNT in Perth and various other club nights around Australia, he's established a reputation for purveying refined selections that has secured him sets around Australia at festivals such as Rainbow Serpent, Subsonic, Lost Paradise and Rabbits Eat Lettuce, as well as overseas at the likes of Lightbox in London, Ritter Butzke in Berlin and multiple established sound camps at Burning Man.
His eclectic musical taste derives from a vast range of influential artists and genres, resulting in a unique combination of fresh underground house and deep tech sounds that promote emotion and provoke thought while taking you on a musical journey. His contagious enthusiasm and passion for heartfelt musical grooves define his character, which permeates the world around him and motivates those involved, whether on stage, in the studio or on the dance floor.
